Joy Bastow, an animal rescuer based in Texas, was there to assist when she discovered an Akbash dog in Texas on a road and in serious need of assistance.
However, Betty, the rescued Akbash dog, was finally adopted in one adorable video that Bastow shared. Betty’s reaction to going home was priceless!
Bastow shared a video of Betty’s reception zoomies with the subtitle: ” Betty was taken in!!! They adore her, and she lives on four acres.”
Betty can be seen racing from one end of the kennels to the other in the video, clearly thrilled to finally be free and home.
Betty was “found in terrible shape” on the road, Bastow revealed on TikTok. The dog had been hurt and was afraid of people.
Betty dispelled all notions that she would have difficulty adjusting to social situations at first. After she was safeguarded, it became clear that Betty was a genuine euphoria!
