“I admit that I’m not very athletic. However, when I need to get in shape quickly, I use an exercise plan that was developed in the 1950s by the Royal Canadian Air Force. It just requires 12 minutes to finish a bunch of activities, despite the fact that I like to propel myself until fatigue,” the entertainer revealed in a meeting.
