Much Ado About Nothing was shown at a film festival in 1993 by Kate Beckinsale, Keanu Reeves, and Robert Sean Leonard. Kate was only 19 years of age at that point and didn’t have anybody to assist with her garments.
Kate decided to style her hair with a flower from the vase that came with her breakfast in the hotel room. She looked great paired with her tough boots and colorful brown dress.
However, her underwear had an issue.
She had purchased a bodysuit from an airport store. The bodysuit began to rise like a curtain as she got into the car to go to the premiere with Denzel Washington and Pauletta Washington. In the car, Kate was unable to fix it.
When she got to the Croisette event, she immediately informed her co-stars of the situation. Robert and Keanu assisted her in passing the cameras. Kate showed a picture she had taken at the film festival from her collection.
“On the main honorary pathway of my life, I unobtrusively let Keanu and Robert Sean Leonard know what had occurred.
They are holding the back of my bodysuit, while I am holding the front part in the picture. Even though neither of them fully comprehended what was going on nor were familiar with the term “gusset,” they were both amazing and did not hesitate to assist. Kate stated, “They just came to my rescue.”
This year, Kate was in charge of the amfAR gala at the Cannes Film Festival. Alena Gavrilova, a model from Russia, attended the event as well.
