At the age of 58, just four days before his 59th birthday, actor Ray Stevenson, best known for his roles in the Marvel and Star Wars universes, passed away.

No reason for death has been disclosed, however, the news was affirmed to Assortment through one of the late entertainer’s agents, and Italian distribution La Repubblica announced that he had been hospitalized presently before he died.
At the time of his death, Stevenson was in Italy working on his upcoming action film, Cassino in Ischia.

Steven, who was born in 1864 in Northern Ireland, moved to England with his family when he was eight years old. He saw John Malkovich performing in a West End play and realized that acting was what he wanted to do.

In addition, just four years later, Stevenson established himself in the fan-favorite Marvel universe by portraying Frank Castle in Punisher: Zone of War. He was the third actor to play Punisher in film history.
