Some dogs love to give their owners “gifts” that they find in the yard or around the house. Various dogs bring toys and stick with them. Even though the present isn’t very useful, it’s still a sweet gesture.
However, one dog’s owner was taken aback by a very unusual gift: a 3-foot snake!
After her golden retriever Scout found the snake in the yard, Casey Newlin, the dog’s mom who was there for her, was given the snake as a gift.
On her TikTok account (@pricelesstimes), Newlin uploaded a video of Scout carrying the enormous snake.
“Not your normal retriever. It appears that snakes are his friends!” In the caption, she wrote.
The dog is shown proudly carrying the enormous snake up to Casey in the video. The dog proudly presented the “gift” even though she did not accept it.
Scout didn’t seem to care, and he carried the present back to his mother happily. The caption that Casey added to the video read, “Scout brought me the snake again today, but today it was dead.”
Since being shared, the video immediately became famous online with many individuals considering it a “bad dream.”
