The world’s largest elephant: It weighs as much as two regular elephants and has a height of three stories

In Amboseli National Park, which is on the border between Kenya and Tanzania, a huge elephant appeared to tourists. The animal’s size exceeded standard limits: savannah elephants typically reach weights of 4 tons and heights of 3.5 meters.

However, this elephant was taller than the trees and, judging by its size, weighed at least 8 tons—the equivalent of two regular elephants. Its unusually long tusks were noticed by tourists. Elephants rarely have such enormous tusks, which are referred to as “tuskers.”

“We believe that the elephant’s visits to nearby farms made them grow to such size. He has had enough food from different places since childhood:” told the park’s owner.
