This was the heartbreaking moment when Amanda, a mother dog, rescued her 10-day-old puppies from a burning house.
When a car bomb went off, the house in Santa Rosa de Temuco, Chile, caught fire.

The mother dog repeatedly put her own life in danger after the fire broke out to save all of her puppies. She picked up her puppies and carried them outside to safety as she ran into the burning house.

She continued doing it until all of her babies were transferred to a nearby firetruck. She then sat down, embraced her children, and shielded them from the fire’s sparks.
Amanda and her puppies were taken to the veterinarian for treatment. Tragically, Amparo, one of the babies, passed away from injuries.

Felipe Lara, one of the vets, claims that Amanda initially refused to let them care for her wounds and take care of her babies. Ultimately, she yielded, yet she didn’t let the withering Amparo far away from her in any event, briefly. Her exemplifies the empowering power of motherly, unconditional love.
