While out for a drive one day, a woman by the name of Roxane Delaire noticed something unexpected near her home in Canada! A skunk was in dire need of assistance!
In some way, it got its head stuck in an aluminum can, and it couldn’t get it out on its own! Delaire made the decision to stop and assist the animal rather than continue on her way. She went to save the animal, ignoring her fear of getting sprayed!
The skunk was unable to avoid danger, drink, or eat, so if Delaire did not intervene, it would only be a matter of time before it perished!
A video of the rescue process was uploaded to the internet! She was praised by many for her heroism in saving the skunk! How fantastic!
