The fact that animals can express gratitude is truly amazing. This mother elephant learned how to express her gratitude to those who not only saved her life but also cared about, and loved her.

The David Sheldrick Wildlife Life Trust sanctuary cares for elephants who have become stranded and raises them until they are ready to be released into the wild. In 1999, Yatta was brought to the haven, and after 10 years, she returned to her natural habitat.
After eight years, Yatta decided to go see people who were like her family. She wanted to convey that the thoughtful people have not forgotten about her.
Yatta surprised the sanctuary’s caregivers by bringing her newborn to show them. This touching moment was captured by the camera.

Everybody’s hearts were dissolved in the middle by the baby. The name Yoyo was given to the small animal.
Yetu, Yatta’s first child, has already been seen by the staff. It appeared that she wanted to demonstrate her trust and affection by bringing her child to the place where she received love and care.

Family is critical to elephants. Those wonderful ten years, during which she was the center of love and comfort, would never leave her mind.
Elephants frequently return to their preferred locations.
