Bumper is a dog who was born deaf ad blind. But despite his disability to hear or see he is a fantastic dog. His owner Amy met him on the farm when he was just a little pup and their beautiful story has begun.

Amy kept claiming that Bumper was a normal dog and behaved very naturally. This could be proven by a video where Bumper showed his true feeling towards the ones whom he loved.
When Amy’s daughter visited them after a long period Bumper didn’t recognize her immediately. But the upcoming moments are worth watching the video as after a little while the deaf and blind dog recognized his beloved person and couldn’t resist his emotions.
